Before you dig into a breakout name, run this checklist. Skipping it is how speculative capital disappears.
Checklist
1) Liquidity — can you exit without crushing the book? 2) Dilution / ATM history. 3) Promotion or paid IR patterns. 4) Filing currency and auditor notes. 5) Why Motive Signal fired (volume only vs multi-factor).
